Custom instructions to follow (by client): “The general concept would be, to turn the front of the property into a parking lot and changing the bay door into large glass entry leading into a lobby with an awning over the entry where the “Bosch” sign is now. I would remove all the trees that line the frontage street and added a business sign nearer to the corner than the existing sign. I would also add a large window to the right of the bay door to better balance out the front.”
